If you are interested in joining the lab or want to know more about what we do, please get in touch!
I am always interested to hear from prospective postdocs. If you're curious about working with us, please drop me a line and we'll get the conversation started. My collaborator is also currently accepting applications for a postdoctoral position in mathematics, to work on our joint project via the Southeast Center for Mathematics and Biology. PhD students accepted into the PhD program in Quantitative Biosciences, the PhD program in Biology, or the PhD program in Bioinformatics are eligible to join the lab. Before you apply to one of these programs, please get in touch if you are especially interested in the kind of research my lab does. I’m happy to answer any questions you may have, and I can advocate for your application during the admissions process. Strong candidates are those with a demonstrated interest in the genetic basis of adaptation, evolution of development, quantitative genetics and genomics, aspects of molecular, cellular or developmental biology, or the implementation of computational, microscopy or engineering approaches.
TECHNICIANS and RESEARCH STAFF
No permanent research staff positions are open at this time. However, if you are interested in working in the lab and want to know about future opportunities, please send me an email describing your career objective and research interests.
Undergraduates with a diversity of interests and experience are welcome. At this time we are not recruiting any new students to the lab, but watch this space for further announcements if you think you may be interested in working with us in the future.
